Role Overview

As a Full Stack Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team of customer service professionals in delivering exceptional support experiences to our clients. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve processes, and ensure seamless execution of customer-facing initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of customer experience and cloud innovation at arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of customer service professionals in delivering exceptional support experiences to clients

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer-facing initiatives
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and knowledge
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team
  • Manage and resolve complex customer issues and escalations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and cloud innovation

Essential Qualifications

* 4+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in customer service or a similar elite performance functional group

  • 3+ years of experience building teams and developing employee growth plans
  • Proven experience driving projects to improve support-related processes
  • Strong relational, verbal (speaking, listening, interpretation), and written communication skills in both English and Turkish
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as software engineering, science, or business

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-speed environment
  • Knowledge of AWS technologies
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Success and reporting
