Schedule and Shifts
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll work a 4-day shift, with the following schedule:
- Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time
- Sunday: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time
- Monday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
- Tuesday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional support to customers through phone, chat, and email interactions
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Answering customer inquiries and providing product information
- Processing customer orders and returns
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Participating in training and development programs to improve customer care skills
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer care experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Previous experience with customer care software and systems
- Certification in customer care or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
