Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service
  • Thoroughly examining loan applications through multiple software systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Evaluating applicant eligibility for loans, making informed decisions that drive business growth
  • Creating and renewing records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information
  • Identifying customer needs and exploring available options, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent Customer Service skills, with a passion for delivering world-class experiences

  • Minimum of High school diploma/ GED, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving
  • Proficient use of MS: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software systems
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with a collaborative and supportive mindset

Preferred Qualifications

* 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of success
