As a Part-Time Evening Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing timely and professional support to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting customers by answering questions and inquiries about products and services
• Troubleshooting issues and resolving customer complaints
• Addressing questions related to orders placed by customers
• Following up with customers to ensure they've received quality customer service
• Completing after-call information and data entry to the system

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in a customer service role
• Must currently reside in one of the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI
• Reliable high-speed internet required with the ability to be hard-wired
• High School Diploma or equivalent
