Key Responsibilities

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers, running the register, and cashiering with a smile
• Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to enhance customer experiences
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
• Providing fast and friendly service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Collaborating with the team to achieve daily goals and maintain high standards for store appearance
• Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to resolve issues and improve processes

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management in a professional and friendly manner
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and offer creative solutions

Physical Requirements

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will be required to:

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with the ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level, with the ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift, with the ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
• Climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs, with the ability to work at heights safely
