Job Summary
As an Operations Chat Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences through live chat support. You'll be responsible for engaging with customers on our clients' websites, answering their inquiries about products, and resolving any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support through live chat on our clients' websites
- Respond to customer inquiries about products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
- Work independently, using your own initiative and judgment to resolve customer issues
- Collaborate with our team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer experiences
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
- Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
- Availability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
