Job Description

As an Online Customer Support Expert at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our online Careseekers who are looking to find, interview, and hire a caregiver on our Direct platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding the complete process from both the Careseeker (client) and caregiver points of view, including creating a Careseeker profile, matching caregivers with careseekers, and helping both parties through the process from interviewing, scheduling, hiring, and payroll.
  • Providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Analyzing customer feedback and making recommendations for process improvements.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support.

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in customer service, outbound marketing, or online sales support.

  • Strong understanding of online software tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to document actions and next steps.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a hybrid remote arrangement.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the caregiver recruitment and hiring space.

  • Knowledge of online sales and marketing strategies.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 to $70,000 per year (base plus bonus) and a flexible schedule. You will also enjoy:
