Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction
- Providing in-depth information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and analysis
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Collaborating with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is preferred
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Strong ability to multitask, with a preference for gaming experience, which can help you stay focused and engaged in fast-paced environments
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex customer issues
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with live chat software and platforms
