Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, providing exceptional service to our customers across various channels, including chat, email, and phone. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Serving as a friendly voice, exceeding customer expectations, and resolving inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Providing exceptional customer service across various channels, including chat, email, and phone
• Investigating customer issues and collaborating with peers to find effective solutions
• Escalating any potential complaints to the appropriate points of contact
• Contributing to strong Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer satisfaction ratings
