What You'll Do

As a Customer Support Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails, building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, and meeting team KPIs. You'll also be expected to stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology, securely work with customers' sensitive information, and apply the latest customer happiness practices. Additionally, you'll maintain a working knowledge of our clients' products and services, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide expert support.

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Fluent English and French (C1 written and spoken for both languages): You'll be working with clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds, so proficiency in both languages is essential.
  • Experience in customer service: You'll need to have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Analytical and research skills: You'll be expected to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions, so strong analytical and research skills are a must.
  • Positive and responsible attitude: You'll be working with sensitive customer information, so a positive and responsible attitude is essential.
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload): You'll need to have a reliable computer and internet connection to work effectively from home.

Nice to Have:

* Experience with CRM systems: While not essential, experience with CRM systems would be a great asset in this role.
