Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data entry team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, while also ensuring the quality and integrity of our data. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities

* Compare data with source documents to detect errors and discrepancies

  • Re-enter data in verification format to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data before entry
  • Maintain logbooks of activities and completed work
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
  • Develop and implement processes to improve data entry efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve data entry issues and improve overall performance

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, computer science) preferred

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and data programs (e.g. Excel, Access)
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy (at least 40 wpm)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. SQL, Tableau)

  • Knowledge of data quality and integrity principles
  • Experience with data entry software and systems (e.g. ERP, CRM)
  • Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g. Certified Data Entry Specialist)
