Job Summary

As an Experienced Customs Trade Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing and managing customs trade documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and government agencies to provide exceptional service and support, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Key Responsibilities

* Process and manage customs trade documentation, including import and export records, duty books, and other relevant documents

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including those related to customs trade, taxation, and international trade
• Provide exceptional client care and support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Work closely with internal teams, clients, and government agencies to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including shipment documentation and customs trade data
• Process organization financier shipments and handle distant filings as required
• Ensure all service and operational strategies are followed, and that high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are maintained

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, logistics, or international trade

• At least 6 months of work experience in a related field, preferably in customs trade or data entry
• High school diploma or equivalent required; HS Certificate or GED preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle high volumes of work
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to use various software and reference materials, including customs trade systems and databases

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in customs trade, logistics, or international trade

• Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines, including those related to customs trade, taxation, and international trade
• Familiarity with MS Office, including Access and SQL
• Experience with data entry software and systems, including customs trade databases and software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
