Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Evening Data Entry Clerk to join our team in a hybrid remote office and home work environment. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for entering information into our AS400 system from Bills of Lading (BOL) scanned at our service centers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. If you're a self-motivated individual with excellent typing skills and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter BOL information into AS400 for numerous customers in a timely manner

• Identify and correct any errors on BOLs prior to entering the information
• Ensure high production levels while maintaining accuracy
• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers
• Work collaboratively with our team to meet deadlines and achieve goals

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• 1 year of data entry experience, preferably in the trucking industry
• Knowledge of shipping/transportation documents
• Proficient with AS400
• Accurate typing and spelling skills
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive work

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a hybrid remote office and home environment

• Familiarity with shipping/transportation software and systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

* Excellent typing skills (50 wpm with no errors)
