Responsibilities
As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
Data Entry:
Inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses for customers, and double-checking your work to ensure accuracy.
Data Management:
Compiling, verifying, and sorting information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
Quality Control:
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and checking the output.
Research:
Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.
Data Program Techniques:
Applying data program techniques and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate data entry.
Reporting:
Generating reports and storing completed work in designated locations, as well as performing backup operations.
Document Management:
Scanning documents and printing files when needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong Computer Skills:
Excellent computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools.
Attention to Detail:
Strong attention to detail and ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
Analytical Thinking:
Ability to think analytically and troubleshoot issues.
Data Entry Experience:
Experience working on a Data Entry Clerk position is a plus.
