Job Details
* Contract Length: There is no fixed term for this position, providing flexibility in your work arrangement.

* Responsibilities:
+ Handle incoming customer support inquiries via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts.
+ Respond to support-related questions from existing customers and sales-related inquiries from potential new customers.
+ Provide exceptional service and solutions to customers in a high-energy remote environment.
+ Work closely with the arenaflex team to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
+ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to the arenaflex team.
* Requirements:
+ No prior experience is necessary for this role, as full training will be provided.
+ Access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions.
+ Ability to work independently, closely following provided instructions.
+ Reliable internet connection.
+ Availability for at least 10 hours per week.
