Responsibilities as an Entry Level Customer Support Associate

As an Entry Level Customer Support Associate, you'll play a critical role in assisting our customers by supplying them with service alternatives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Communicating clearly with customers while maintaining composure, resolving concerns, and overcoming challenges as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
• Properly preparing for customers by developing proposals, preparing for objections, and attending daily sales meetings
• Engaging in the sales process with each customer from start to finish for a clear and efficient close on the sale, increasing company profit margins
• Professionally representing our clients driving increased awareness through superior customer interaction
• Developing effective sales strategies to improve consumer education and increase sales margins
