Job Overview
As an E-commerce Customer Service Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in addressing customer service queries, particularly on Amazon and Shopify. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. You'll be responsible for responding to customer service queries, managing customer communication, and reviewing customer feedback. Key Responsibilities
* Customer Service: Respond to customer service queries, such as order status inquiries, using templated messages by Email, Amazon, Live Chat, and Text Message.
- Customer Communication: Send text messages to customers at 5:30 PM UK time advising them of multiple package deliveries using our SMS service.
- Review Management: Flag negative reviews, A to Z claims, and chargebacks, and add them to a spreadsheet across UK and EU markets.
- Other Opportunities: Depending on your level of experience, you'll have the scope to expand the role to cover other aspects of the business, including growth of Amazon and Shopify platforms.
Requirements
* Experience: Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify platforms.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent). Additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian in particular) are a plus.
- Remote Work: Experience working remotely and managing tasks independently.

Additional Information
* Project Length: Long-term engagement with a flexible starting period.
- Availability: Must be available between 1 PM - 6 PM GMT (UK).
- Weekends: Not required, however scope for extra hours if desired.
- Speed to Hire: Immediate.
