About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Staff Data Engineer to join our team at arenaflex. As a Staff Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale data systems, including data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and analytics, to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and maintain large-scale data systems, including data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Work with data engineers, data scientists, and product managers to design and implement data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure data infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or a related field
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data lakes
- Experience with data pipeline tools, such as Apache Beam, Apache Spark, or AWS Glue
- Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, Java, or Scala
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Azure Synapse Analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases

Compensation and Perks
