The Role
As an Experienced Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in promoting and selling our products and services to both new and existing clients. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with business clients, addressing and resolving any customer issues or complaints, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals and outcomes within agreed-upon timelines.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote and sell arenaflex products and services to both new and existing clients
- Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with business clients to drive satisfaction and retention
- Address and resolve any customer issues or complaints, ensuring a smooth experience and maximum satisfaction
- Meet sales targets and consistently exceed sales goals and outcomes within agreed-upon timelines
- Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure coordinated and effective sales efforts

- Pay: $7,500.00 - $8,500.00 per month
