Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Experience Manager – Retail Operations and Client Support, you'll be responsible for leading our team of customer service experts in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. You'll work closely with our retail teams to develop and implement processes that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our customer experience, and we're excited to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and drive our customer experience strategy, aligned with arenaflex's overall business objectives

  • Lead a team of customer service experts, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborate with retail teams to design and implement processes that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including store managers, district managers, and other cross-functional teams
  • Ensure compliance with arenaflex's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular training sessions to educate employees on new processes, products, and services
  • Collaborate with the training team to develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of the business
  • Develop and maintain metrics to measure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
  • Analyze and report on customer experience metrics to inform business decisions
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and develop strategies to address them
  • Collaborate with the customer experience team to develop and implement customer experience initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless execution of customer experience initiatives

Essential Qualifications

* 4+ years of retail leadership experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • 3+ years of experience in a management role, with a focus on customer experience, operations, or customer service
  • Strong knowledge of Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Schedule/Gmail)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a pioneering spirit
  • Free-flowing attitude, time management skills, and personal responsibility
  • Ability to work a 40-hour workweek, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Related experience in the home goods/furniture industry

  • Effective experience as a Customer Experience Manager or Customer Service Director, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address customer experience gaps
  • Ability to work in a remote or hybrid environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication

* Ability to sit or stand for extended periods

  • Ability to lift and carry objects of more than 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
