Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to Amazon customers through phone and email, resolving post-sales problems and expediting orders in a timely and professional manner.

  • Utilize various software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay current with industry trends.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 0-1 year of customer service experience; experience in a call center or customer-facing role a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, with a focus on resolving complex customer issues.

  • Knowledge of Amazon products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools.
