Role Overview

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including telephone sales, online support, and email communication. This is a temporary, hybrid role that requires one weekend day each week, starting in September and ending in January. If you have a flexible schedule, excellent computer and phone skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers in telephone sales and online support through Live Chat and Email

  • Sell extended service protection plans and product installations on selected merchandise
  • Offer excellent customer support for customers who have purchased items
  • Review online orders to provide online fraud protection
  • Track and expedite orders on a daily basis
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet
  • Gain knowledge of current and new products with the ability to communicate their features and benefits to customers
  • Attend product and sales training meetings as requested by sales management

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
