Job Summary
As a Retail Customer Service Coordinator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting your teammates, and driving sales growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and proactively approaching them to understand their needs and support their shopping experience
- Serving as the primary customer service provider at the front end and liaison between customers and management
- Providing register coverage as needed and ensuring strong customer service standards are met by supporting cashiers through complex transactions
- Upholding company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards
