Job Summary
As a Remote Medical Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services. You'll work closely with our team to resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. Key Responsibilities
* Review and identify issues from calls into the telephony system in a timely manner (50%)
- Maintain a working knowledge of workflow systems to properly assign follow-up dates, department requests, and notate appropriately (10%)
- Ensure all calls within business hours are answered and handled appropriately while providing exceptionally high customer service to callers within company guidelines (10%)
- Perform payment transactions and request payment from accounts reflecting a balance (10%)
- Assist with clerical duties as needed, such as email, facsimile, etc. (10%)
- Requires close supervision and guidance from the supervisor (10%)
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ years of medical revenue cycle experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of medical revenue cycle experience
- 1 year of call center or phone experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business administration)
