Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Logistics Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. This temporary role offers the potential for permanent placement and features a hybrid remote schedule after an initial settling-in period. As a Logistics Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a customer advocate, assisting clients with their inquiries and orders through email, phone, and online portals. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries, keeping customers well-informed throughout the process.

Required Skills
* A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, demonstrating expertise in client engagement.
- A strong interest in supply chain dynamics; relevant knowledge is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Familiarity with mainframe systems such as AS/400 is a plus; experience with J.D. Edwards is highly desirable.
- Excellent multitasking capabilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to navigate a fast-paced setting effectively.
- Ability to work in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
