Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Logistics Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. This temporary role offers the potential for permanent placement and features a hybrid remote schedule after an initial settling-in period. As a Logistics Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a customer advocate, assisting clients with their inquiries and orders through email, phone, and online portals. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries, keeping customers well-informed throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's logistics processes and procedures to provide accurate and timely support to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that arenaflex remains a leader in the logistics industry.

Required Skills

* A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, demonstrating expertise in client engagement.

  • A strong interest in supply chain dynamics; relevant knowledge is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Familiarity with mainframe systems such as AS/400 is a plus; experience with J.D. Edwards is highly desirable.
  • Excellent multitasking capabilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to navigate a fast-paced setting effectively.
  • Ability to work in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
