Job Description

As a Remote Guest Service Representative / Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests through various channels, including live chat, email, and phone. Your primary goal will be to deliver a seamless and personalized experience, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed
  • Administering check-ins and check-outs
  • Providing front desk services to guests, including room assignments and administrative duties
  • Delivering mail and messages
  • Processing guest payments
  • Coordinating with bell service and staff management
  • Being a source of information to guests on various matters, such as transport and restaurant advice
  • Processing meal and beverage requests
  • Accommodating general and unique requests
  • Diffusing conflict or tense situations with guests

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, email, and phone

  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records and update guest information as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services to provide informed support

Qualifications

To succeed as a Remote Guest Service Representative / Live Chat Agent, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Certificate or diploma in hospitality advantageous
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Conflict resolution experience, with the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
  • Patience and good listening skills, with the ability to empathize with guests and provide personalized support
