Responsibilities and Duties

As a Data Entry Processor at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Inputting, verifying, and organizing various types of information with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Performing manual identification of different types of forms (MEDI) and classifying documents based on client requirements
  • Working on different tasks (Data Entry, Verify, MEDI, and other DE tasks) based on established procedures and guidelines
  • Problem-solving and self-guided work with minimal supervision
  • Complying with company policies and standards
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, with the option to work weekends as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful as a Data Entry Processor at arenaflex, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a working environment
  • Office work environment with 40+ hours of work per week
  • Ability to demonstrate basic PC/Internet skills
  • Introductory knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent organizational skills and customer service
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in data entry or a related field

  • Knowledge of data management software and systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
