Job Summary
As a Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing labor management systems that meet the evolving needs of our business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop innovative solutions that drive efficiency and productivity. This is a full-time remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the USA.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive labor management systems, including data integrations, reporting, and analytics
- Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for improvement, working closely with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions
- Design and develop high-quality, scalable solutions that meet the needs of our business and Cast Members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of labor management systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our Cast Members and stakeholders
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and improve efficiency
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Labor Systems leadership and other business partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ years of experience in software development, data analysis, or a related field
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
- Proficiency in at least one primary language (C#, VB.net, JavaScript, Python) or similar language
- Experience working with data technology, including SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong work ethic, with a focus on quality and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of .Net languages (C#, VB.net)
- Validated experience with Visual Studio or similar IDE
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
