The Role
As a Customer Support Representative on our Music Streaming team, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via email in English. If you have a passion for music, excellent communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via email in English
- Provide top-notch service to music enthusiasts worldwide
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with our global team to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date on music streaming services and industry trends to provide informed support
Requirements
* 1+ year of experience in customer support, preferably in the music or entertainment industry
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in English (business level)
- Web camera and willingness to keep it on during orientation and self-scheduled shifts
- Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
- Stable broadband internet connection of 25 MBS or greater
- 8 GB RAM or better
- Dual monitors highly recommended
