Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service-Payment Collection Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collection issues. You will work closely with your managers to receive feedback and guidance on how to improve your performance. Our team members are equipped with scripted customer feedback to ensure they are always prepared to provide knowledgeable answers and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Make outbound (some inbound) phone calls to customers to assist with payment collection issues
- Provide customers with knowledgeable answers and scripted customer feedback to resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain open communication with managers to receive feedback and guidance on improving performance
- Work in a virtual team environment to stay connected with colleagues and participate in weekly contests and incentives
- Meet performance targets and increase hourly rate based on performance reviews
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
* Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote work environment
- Access to a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to quickly type customer notes on a standard keyboard
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
