Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer calls, inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and accurate manner
- Resolving customer service issues and concerns in a respectful and professional manner
- Effectively responding to routine issues regarding residential and commercial service matters, which may involve outbound calls and other communications to resolve service inquiries and equipment issues
- Returning all internal and external calls, emails, and faxes in a timely manner to ensure that customers' concerns are understood, addressed, and resolved in an efficient and complete manner
- Entering service data into computer systems
- Logging information about customer service interactions into systems; updating information in a timely and accurate manner to track service inquiries and resolution
- Performing other job-related duties as assigned or apparent
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of recent customer service or call center experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience using bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, in a business environment (desired)
Training and Development
arenaflex provides paid training for all new hires. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role. You will receive training on our products and services, as well as on our customer service standards and procedures.
Work Environment and Culture
As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will work from home in a distraction-free environment. arenaflex provides the necessary equipment, and you will be responsible for providing your own high-speed internet connection. You will be required to be on video in internal meetings and trainings.
