Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing real-time assistance to our customers via chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers in real-time via chat to provide support and assistance
  • Resolving customer queries and issues efficiently and effectively
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses
  • Collaborating with other team members to escalate complex issues as needed
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Response Time (FRT): Respond to customer inquiries within 30 seconds

  • Resolution Rate: Resolve customer issues within 1 hour
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Achieve a CSAT score of 90% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT): Handle customer inquiries within 5 minutes

Qualifications

To succeed as a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or support role preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using chat software and other customer support tools
