Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing timely and professional support to our customers via live chat, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues effectively. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and professional support to customers via live chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by offering accurate information and solutions.
  • Handling multiple chat conversations concurrently while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilizing company resources, including knowledge bases and CRM tools, to assist customers and provide relevant solutions.
  • Documenting and tracking customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Escalating complex issues or complaints to appropriate departments or supervisors as needed.
  • Following up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved and their experience is positive.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets, including response times and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Continuously updating knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and relevant support.
