Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' security needs by providing expert guidance and solutions. You will work closely with our Security Deals and Google Cloud teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, resolve technical issues, and develop strategies to overcome blockers. Your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with Security Deals and Google Cloud teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, resolve technical issues, and develop strategies to overcome blockers

  • Maintain high levels of technical expertise and work with Google Cloud Security products to demonstrate and validate solution benefits in client and partner scenarios
  • Support Google Cloud Security opportunities and relationships by being responsible for technical aspects of solutions, including delivering compelling technical presentations, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concepts, and demos to clients, partners, and Google Cloud Platform partners
  • Plan and deliver product messaging to feature our solution value using strategies including whiteboard and slide presentations, product showcases, white papers, trial management, and request for information response documents
  • Attend client sites, meetings, and other related events, as necessary

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or technical sales engineering role, with a focus on security or cloud solutions
  • Strong technical knowledge of security and cloud solutions, including threat detection, malware analysis, cloud security management, and identity and access management frameworks
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver technical presentations and product briefings to clients and partners
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues

Preferred Qualifications

* Postgraduate education in a related field (e.g., Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology)

  • Certification in Cloud or Security industry
  • Experience with business security solutions, including threat detection and hunting, malware analysis, cloud security management, and identity and access management frameworks
  • Knowledge of industry trends and market patterns in the security industry (e.g., ransomware, attack frameworks, zero trust, etc.)
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills
