Role Overview

As a Flexible, Bilingual Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in English and French. You will work from the comfort of your own home, choosing your own schedule based on available hours any given week. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote work environment
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer populations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
