About the Position
As a Data Entry Clerk, MSO at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by accurately entering work orders, verifying customer warranty claims, and inputting data into various software programs. You'll also act as a backup for our Customer Service Representatives during high call volumes, providing exceptional support to our customers. Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk, MSO, your key responsibilities will include:
- Entering work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces with precision and accuracy
- Reviewing work orders to verify customer warranty claims, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Accurately entering data into corresponding fields within various software programs, including Microsoft Office
- Completing warranty work for various vendors, tracking items to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Acting as a backup to our Customer Service Representatives by assisting with taking overflow telephone calls during high call volumes
- Participating in special projects and performing other duties as required, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability
- Working with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and other software applications
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in a relevant position, preferably in a data entry or customer service role
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is highly desirable
- A High School degree or equivalent is required, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and organizational skills
- The ability to read, understand, and perform standard procedures and work instructions with ease
- Basic math and logic skills are essential for this role, as well as basic computer skills and software use (email, document prep, and spreadsheets)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
