Seasonal Customer Service Representative
What You'll Do
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, providing advanced support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve complex issues. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with clients via phone, email, or chat to understand their needs and provide practical solutions
- Utilizing software solutions, knowledge base, and computer systems to resolve and track user incidents
- Identifying potential security issues and escalating them to business partners as needed
- Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall client experience
What We're Looking For

Experience:
Previous experience in customer service or financial services, preferably in a large phone center or in-bound help desk environment
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Technical Requirements:
General computer navigation knowledge, a wired internet connection with minimum upload and download speeds of 15MBps, and a smartphone with the ability to install an RSA token and Microsoft Teams
