Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers, running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions
• Working with our food program and maintaining high standards for store appearance
• Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
• Interacting with customers daily, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service
• Collaborating with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
• Thinking quickly and offering suggestions to solve problems and improve processes

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail and customer service experience (an asset)

• Sales associate or cashiering experience

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to be able to:

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
