The Role

As a Customer Service Representative - Entry Level, you'll be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists. You'll engage with customers in-person, providing exceptional service with a smile, promote our products and services with enthusiasm and confidence, assist customers in finding exactly what they need, and ensure they leave happy. You'll also have opportunities to learn the ropes and climb the ladder, with advancement opportunities always available.

Requirements:

* Previous sales or customer service experience is a bonus, but not required—we provide training!

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Communication and presentation skills
• Time management skills
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Proficiency in basic computer skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1-2 years of customer service experience (previous experience in sales is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in sales or customer service

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (marketing, business, communications, etc.)
• Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role
