The Role

We're seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative to join our team. This fully remote role is perfect for someone who's enthusiastic about helping others, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn and grow with arenaflex. As a key point of contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Providing information about our tours, packages, and services to help customers make confident travel decisions
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns efficiently, always aiming for a positive resolution
  • Assisting with booking modifications, cancellations, or special requests
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and an outstanding customer experience
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

What We're Looking For

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • A customer-first mindset with a positive and empathetic approach
  • Ability to stay organized and multitask in a remote work environment
  • Proficiency with basic computer tools (email, chat platforms, etc.)
  • A team player who's ready to learn and grow with arenaflex
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We'll provide all the training you need!
