Job Summary
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. You'll be responsible for providing service and information to customers regarding arenaflex products, including explaining policy features and benefits, providing policy-specific information, and processing transactions. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent communication, interpersonal, and quality service skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide service to customers who possess a policy through arenaflex by responding to requests via telephone regarding insurance and other financial service products and benefit plans
- Research and respond to requests and discuss options regarding various aspects of the policy, such as status of claims, policy provisions, values, basic procedures, etc.
- Support campaigns to increase revenue, generate sales, and conserve existing assets
- Exercise strong verbal, interpersonal, and quality service skills to perform responsibilities in a consistent and professional manner
- Demonstrate ability to learn quickly and willingness to obtain functional knowledge and understanding of arenaflex products, as well as administrative, claims, underwriting, and marketing organizations
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of call centre service experience (preferred)
- 2-3 years of customer service experience (required)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Superior telephone etiquette and ability to articulate ideas
- Ability to understand and respond clearly to customers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment to improve the delivery of service to internal and external customers
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated ability to manage stress
- Basic computer skills and ability to think out of the box to generate innovative process improvements
- Strong solid math and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous call centre experience
- Ability to work various shifts within hours of operation
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and additional hours

Compensation and Benefits
* $19.43 - $20.00 per hour
