Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote part-time team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our customers, responding to their inquiries, and providing personalized support to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide personalized support, and ensure their satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner
  • Process transactions, handle cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets
  • Manage inventory, inspecting and handling luggage, freight, and other items as required
  • Answer phone calls, providing information, and resolving issues or complaints as needed
  • Manage exchanges, ensuring that customers are loaded onto the aircraft in an efficient and productive manner
  • Manage misused customers due to oversells, delayed or canceled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged luggage
  • Provide current and accurate information, schedules, reservations, flight arrival/departure information, and answer general questions from customers and other airport guests
  • Complete forms and reports as required by the organization
  • Write incident and complaint reports as needed
  • Perform other work duties as directed by supervisors

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, business, communications)

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and colleagues
  • Ability to type or use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the needs of the job
  • Ability to understand records, follow guidelines, learn, and comprehend tagging systems, rules, and regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, adhering to the Ground Tasks Representative Handbook and Work Understanding
  • Ability to perform all job duties within a limited space
  • Ability to communicate verbally by phone, in person, and on public address systems effectively
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve quick turns of aircraft
