Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service CSR for arenaflex's ecommerce custom product business, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional phone support to customers, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively
- Responding to Etsy and Amazon messaging support, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Handling live chat conversations on our website, providing personalized support and resolving customer issues
- Managing emails and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with other support staff to ensure seamless customer support across all channels
- Utilizing spreadsheets to track outcomes of feedback and reviews, ensuring continuous improvement of our customer support processes
Requirements:
