Experienced Customer Chat Support Specialist – Remote Facebook Support

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide live chat customer support to businesses' customers via Facebook Messenger, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions in a timely and professional manner.

  • Engage with customers in a friendly, welcoming, and empathetic tone, ensuring a positive experience and building trust.
  • Collaborate with businesses to understand their products, services, and policies, and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Work independently, following provided steps and instructions, and using your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and customer feedback.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Essential Qualifications:

* 10+ hours of availability per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop).
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and follow provided steps and instructions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Familiarity with Facebook Messenger and other social media platforms, with experience in live chat support.
  • Knowledge of customer service software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk.
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP).
