Key Responsibilities:

As a Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining live chat best practices: Respond to every customer query, make sure customers feel valued, and follow up with customers post-chat. Use clear, correct writing and professional language to ensure a positive customer experience.

Essential Qualifications:
