Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Chat Specialist (CS), you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through online conversations, providing accurate information about our products and services, and capturing valuable leads for our clients. Responsibilities

* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns

• Provide detailed information about our products and services, helping customers make informed decisions and driving sales for our clients
• Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients
• Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients build strong relationships with their customers
• Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to our clients
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments

Qualifications

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary

• Basic internet and window-based computer skills are a must, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
• Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence
• Gaming experience is helpful, but not required

Requirements

* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills are a must
