Key Responsibilities:

Address a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat:

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information about our products and services. -

Deliver precise information regarding products and services to customers via chat:

Utilize your knowledge of our products and services to provide customers with the information they need to make informed decisions. -

Schedule appointments based on customer requests and needs:

Assist customers in scheduling appointments with our dealerships, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services: Stay up-to-date on the latest products and services offered by arenaflex, and maintain a thorough understanding of our offerings. -

Capture customer contact information to assist in lead generation and client follow-up:

Collect customer contact information to assist in lead generation and client follow-up, ensuring that our dealerships are able to follow up with customers and provide them with the support they need. -

Summarize customer interactions according to their specific needs for client insight:

Provide summaries of customer interactions to our dealerships, highlighting areas of interest and potential sales opportunities.

Required Skills:

Strong customer service abilities and capacity to perform well in a fast-paced setting:

Provide exceptional customer service, even in high-pressure situations. -

Excellent written and verbal communication skills:

Communicate effectively with customers, both in writing and verbally. -

Proficient typing skills, with a minimum requirement of 35 WPM (40 WPM preferred):

Type accurately and efficiently, with a focus on meeting or exceeding our typing speed requirements. -

Basic understanding of internet and Windows-based computer applications:

Familiarize yourself with our computer systems and software, and utilize them to provide exceptional customer service. -

Ability to multitask effectively; experience in gaming is a plus:

Juggle multiple customer interactions simultaneously, and utilize your gaming experience to enhance your multitasking skills. - Positive and professional attitude, with a strong capacity to adapt in a rapidly changing environment: Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in the face of change or uncertainty.

Qualifications:
