Full-Stack Engineer - AI Product Engineering

We are hiring for a fast-moving Seed-stage AI company building autonomous agents for complex B2B operations in the freight/logistics sector. This is not a standard full-stack engineering role. We are looking for a product-minded engineer who can own the full loop: understand customer signals, make product decisions, build, deploy, trace production behaviour, and iterate quickly. You will work across React, Next.js, Supabase, Python, and agentic workflow tools such as Pipecat, LangChain, LiveKit or similar. The right person will be comfortable using AI agents as leverage throughout the development process, not just for code generation. What you’ll do

• Own full-stack product development from customer signal through production release
• Build and maintain applications using React, Next.js, Supabase and Python
• Design and implement agentic workflows for voice, email, document and operational automation
• Work directly with B2B customers to understand what they say, what they mean and what they actually need
• Instrument production traces for debugging, product correctness and customer trust
• Use strong product judgement to separate one-off feedback from real roadmap direction
• Move quickly in a high-ownership, early-stage startup environment

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with React, Next.js and Python
• Experience with agentic workflows, voice agents, AI automation or LLM-based products
• Comfortable working with production observability, tracing, debugging and iteration
• Strong product judgement and ability to work directly with customers
• High ownership, low ego and strong async communication
• Experience in B2B SaaS, logistics, freight, workflow automation or operations-heavy products is a plus

Compensation and setup

• Remote from India
• Full-time role
• $5,000–$9,000/month depending on experience
