Job Summary

As a Full Stack Reliability Engineer Lead at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our custom silicon management solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy reliable and efficient silicon-based systems that meet the needs of our customers. Your expertise in semiconductor planning, quality, and reliability will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development and implementation of custom silicon management solutions, including design, testing, and deployment

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that silicon-based systems meet the needs of our customers
  • Develop and implement reliability and quality plans to ensure the success of our products and services
  • Conduct thorough analysis and testing of silicon-based systems to identify and mitigate potential reliability and quality issues
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure that they meet our quality and reliability standards
  • Develop and implement process streams, judgments, and supplier performance metrics to ensure that our suppliers meet our expectations
  • Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) to ensure that our products meet our quality and reliability standards
  • Develop and implement plans for testing and validation of silicon-based systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement plans for capacity and process improvements
  • Conduct yield analysis and relationship studies to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement plans for supplier audits and assessments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement plans for process improvements and capacity expansions

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field

  • At least 3 years of relevant industry experience in semiconductor planning, quality, and reliability
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor planning, quality, and reliability principles and practices
  • Experience with JEDEC reliability and quality standards, ISO, and related standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential reliability and quality issues
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives
  • Experience with process streams, judgments, and supplier performance metrics
  • Experience with First Article Inspections (FAI) and yield analysis
  • Experience with supplier audits and assessments

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field

  • At least 5 years of relevant industry experience in semiconductor planning, quality, and reliability
  • Experience with custom silicon management solutions and related technologies
  • Experience with process improvements and capacity expansions
  • Experience with supplier development and management
  • Experience with yield analysis and relationship studies
