Key Responsibilities

As an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers in expediting orders and resolving post-sales problems
• Communicating with customers via mail, chat, and phone
• Utilizing software tools to navigate customer accounts, research, and review policies
• Providing effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum qualification of 10+2
